President Obama recently signed the national economic stimulus bill which includes $200 million for AmeriCorps programs. The bill allocates $89 million for existing AmeriCorps*State/National programs, $65 million for AmeriCorps VISTA, $10 million for AmeriCorps NCCC, and $1 million for state commissions.
